kenwardc
Hi Folks A bit confused. When a customer is added and then buys or has a domain added to their account, it appears they automatically have full editing rights over the domain. However, if we add a sub-contact, we have the ability to remove the right to change the domain settings. How would we remove the right to make changes to the domain for the main account holder? Strother
Why wouldn't you want them to be able to manage a domain that they own?
kenwardc
Hi Only because we've so many times had people make changes to their domains without realising the impact it might have on their web, Email, etc. services that we provide for them. If ever someone wants to move a domain away that's fine but it's such a pain each time someone who thinks they understand how it all works decides to make an arbitrary change. Now that I've satisfied your curiosity, do you know the answer to the question? Cheers Chris

kenwardc
Hi Rob Would that also effectively stop the domain from auto updating etc. when it's due for renewal etc.? Cheers Chris
