akt
Hi, I'm stumped. I am setting up configurable options for my hosting packages to offer disk and bandwidth upgrades. On the package I set the module to cpanel, punch in the basic quotas, check the box for allowing upgrading and downgrading configurable options. I set up configurable options for increased hard drive and bandwidth. When the account creation module runs, it picks up any of the changes in the configuration correctly. But if I want to change them after the account is created it says "Module Command Success" but nothing happens to the account. I am running the latest version of whmcs (5.1.3). I have a linux vps with WHM 11.34.1 build 7. I don't see any related errors in any logs that I can find. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Alex
othellotech
are you using the WHMCS "configurable packages" module ?
akt
I have the module installed but I am using the cPanel options instead of the DirectAdmin options.
akt
Ok, I'm an idiot. I prefaced the option with the word "default". I can't believe how long I stared at it without noticing my blunder. Oh well, all is well. Almost all.
