KyleVans Posted February 24, 2013 Share Posted February 24, 2013 I'm not trying to rant or get attention here, but it has been 12 hours since my ticket was responded about my license was canceled apparently, when my next payment is not due till March 12, 2013. I know that the staff are busy, but I have a company to run and I'm having a feeling that my support tickets at my company is just flooding and my email as well. I can not get into the Admin when my license is expired in the WHMCS. Bubka3 Posted February 25, 2013 Share Posted February 25, 2013 Just a heads up to that you can reply to tickets via admin email, and manage other things via PHPMyAdmin if the admin side is locked out.
