Software, very good quality but support is lacking...

I'm not trying to rant or get attention here, but it has been 12 hours since my ticket was responded about my license was canceled apparently, when my next payment is not due till March 12, 2013.

 

I know that the staff are busy, but I have a company to run and I'm having a feeling that my support tickets at my company is just flooding and my email as well. I can not get into the Admin when my license is expired in the WHMCS.

 

It's just something that needs to be looked into support area improvements.
