brodieboy
Hi all, many months ago I installed Rewards Points for WHMCS, an addon from /http://www.studio4web.com/reward_points.php I never used it because it was useless, and I de-activated it but have since got error messages when I delete accounts: ClientDelete, Query 1, Could not connect: Table 'sisoitc2_whmcs.tbls4w_rewardpoints' doesn't exist I have since removed the rewards folder from FTP but the problem still persists. I then went to their shoddy website and there is in fact instructions on how to delete, but I've already removed it from my FTP so there is no way I can do it using their method. So does anyone know how I can just get rid of it so I can delete a customer account? Cheers, Alexander

WHMCS Chris
Hello, It sounds like you've still got a hook file somewhere in the ./includes/hooks folder that would be causing it or in ./modules/addons
