Boggie Posted August 19, 2007 Share Posted August 19, 2007 Hi, I am still setting up my site with whmcs. A friend of mine wanted to purchase 2 domains from me. I told him to wait a couple days, but he got impatient. Anywho, Enom hasn't updated my server IP address yet so i received a Domain Registration Failure for both, naturally. My problem is, I have already received payment. How do I resend the domain registration request now that my IP has been added by Enom? I found where i can go in and "Register domain" but I wanted to check to make sure this wouldn't generate another charge/invoice 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 19, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 19, 2007 Hi Boggie, From the domains page under the clients profile, the buttons there just interface with the registrar so all Register does is submit the registration request to Enom in this case.
