When I purchase a Domain and proceed to the checkout page, there is a $15.00 S&H fee added to the price. The same thing happens when I attempt to transfer in a Domain. I have asked PayPal and they said they do not add fees, they are a payment processor. The other registrar that I want to transfer the domain from, does not charge a fee for this service. One last question, should the recurring charge be included in the order page?, during the checkout process. Thanks for any advice, it is appreciated.
