zigzam
WHMCS version 3.2.3 This has happened three times since I started using the system: 1) The client orders a product with addons. 2) The client pays for the main order with a paypal subscription. 3) No payment is made for the addons. 4) No invoice is created for the addons so they go unpaid.
CSNM-Carl
Also have the same issue and Matt confirmed it was a bug in a support ticket a while ago.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 17, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 17, 2007 I've never confirmed this as a bug and can't reproduce an issue in 3.2.3. Is the issue that the customer is not being returned to your site? The user should go to PayPal once, pay for the product only, then come back, be taken to PayPal again to pay for the first addon, come back and go for the next addon, come back, etc... and then be taken to the Order Confirmation screen once all has been paid for. This is what I get on tests here. Matt
zigzam
Maybe the issue is the client closes the window before paying for the addons. Is there anyway to have invoices generated right away if payment is not made on the addons?
Tech Entrance
OR else one invoice generated in the first place for the total order with every item with description and price and then total price in the end (table)
zigzam
OR else one invoice generated in the first place for the total order with every item with description and price and then total price in the end (table) Yes that would be the best method.
