netclick
Hi guys, I have installed WHMCS - everything is running well at the moment - great software! Now I want to get Hostgator to install an SSL security certificate for me. If I have installed WHMCS in a folder: /this_folder - will I need to change anything (apart from the SSL settings in the admin area of WHMCS)? I don't know much about SSL - and I want to know if I will have to re-install after I have the SSL installed/set-up. thanks in advance! WHMCS Chris
Hello, With cPanel, an SSL is installed on a VirtualHost - not necessarily a folder. All you'll need to do is update the SystemURL for the SSL mode inside WHMCS once your Hosting provider has installed the certificate.
