durangod
$_LANG['captchaverify'] currently reads.. "Please enter the characters you see in the image below into the text box provided. This is required to prevent automated submissions."; This runs off the right side of the page all the way over the side bar. This needs to have a return place in this like this .. "Please enter the characters you see in the image below into the text box provided. <br /> This is required to prevent automated submissions."; thanks..
WHMCS JamesX
It shouldn't, and doesn't on mine. You may want to have a look at your "captchainput" class. Edited January 21, 2013 by WHMCS JamesX
durangod
Thanks James, I dont think its and class issue although it could be. I put it back to normal without the return and tried it and it seems to be fine now. But i did do this three times and all three times before it was not wrapping.. stange.. Anyway just so you know here. Here was the actual issue, sorry i was not clear on this before. When you first load the ticket (input) page its fine and does not wrap. but leave the page blank and just hit submit, that is when it was not wrapping and going all the way across the page. And wouldnt you know it, now i cant get it to do it lol... If it comes back i will duplicate it, close everything down, clear all my cache, and test it again before i bring this up again. sorry about that.. the little booger decided to work again lol..
