hand
Had a customer sign up for hosting and paid for domain transfer but did not unlock his domain. Now he realized it and in my whmcs under "domain registrations" it says: HisDomainName.us "Pending Transfer" Is there something I need to do in order to make it try to do a transfer again?
othellotech
Click transfer, put in the new EPP code, then set the correct dates on the domain
hand
Click transfer, put in the new EPP code, then set the correct dates on the domain Still confused. If I go to the clients account and click on Domains it says this: Registrar Error Domain name not found Are you saying to do it from this screen shot? I don't see where I would put in the EPP code. And I am assuming the customer needs to give me the EPP code right? Edited December 30, 2012 by hand add pic
RPS
Is there something I need to do in order to make it try to do a transfer again? - If it doesn't go through the first time, I'll usually manually run the transfer directly through Enom. It says "Domain Not Found" because it is not within Enom yet since the transfer failed. You need an EPP code to transfer a domain, so you'll need to request that from the customer if you do not already have it. 1) Unlock the domain 2) Get the EPP code 3) Initiate the domain transfer request, with the EPP code
