aquiss
We have recently brought online credit card payments as a new option, so for the first time the cron/attempt cc capture is being used. It's not until today that we have noticed that this results in a HTTP 500 error, but only after it takes 1 payment (so we get stuffed if 2+ payments are to be taken in one day). I can't see anything in logs that would point to an issue and all other areas of WHMCS appear to be working fine. Any ideas?
WHMCS Liam
Hi Unfortunately a 500 Internal Server Error error is just a generic message from your server. It could be that ioncube is incorrectly installed or there are some settings in a .htaccess file causing an error however this sounds more like a issue with the payment gateway module you are using. In order to find the exact cause of the error please refer to your server error logs. With this specific information we can then help troubleshoot the issue. Please also check to see if you have this issue when you attempt to capture a payment manually. Cheers Liam
