Question about terminating client service

I have a client who registered their domain through me and was receiving a free hosting package from me. I now need to cancel their hosting. I just want to know for sure how to make the client have no hosting package, but still be a "client" with their domain registered with me?

on the client profile > products/services tab, "change package" doesn't have an option for no service, there is "terminate" but wasn't sure if that would remove them entirely from my system or just remove their hosting package?

Any help explaining would be appreciated!

click terminate for the hosting account and this will terminate the hosting only by removing the site files etc. from the server, but the client will still be a client of your and any other service/domains will be unaffected
