Adding jquery feature

Hey everyone.

 

I am hoping someone here has done this before and can help sort it out.

 

I am adding a jquery feaure I guess you can call it to my site. and where I can get eh css,and javascript set right the issue is that there is a div part of the code I have to add and it says to add it anywhere I want so I put it say after body of the header file and its not working it instead shows the content instead of hiding it and showing the tab.

nothing I have tried works. I think its conflicting with something I have. I use the whmcs live chat as well. so I know that's not it as it did not work when I removed it.

 

any ideas would be great.

It is hard to say for sure what you issue is without looking at the actual page, but one quick tip would be to make sure you put a {literal} {/literal} around the javascript that you added to the top of the page, the smarty template engine may be messing up the javascript.
