Monthly Orders Report - does it only report valid orders?

Does the "Monthly Orders" report in WHMCS take fraud and cancelled orders into account (i.e. does it give a true reading of the number of new valid orders)?

For anyone else that has this same question, Liam and Lawrence from the dev and customer support teams answered it for me earlier today:

 

"Only orders that you have accepted (status set to Active) are counted in the report."

Or you could just have looked at the report source code - they're all "open"
