WHMCS Customization errors

Hello and HELP!!!!

 

We are running on winserver 2008 r2 IIS 7.5

 

"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 261904 bytes) in

C:\inetpub\americanpatriot\manage\includes\dbfunctions.php on line 0"

 

"But I have some new idea - I think this may be a problem of WHMCS

itself. Why? Because I have tried some separate script that could load

the system and it worked perfectly. I think the WHMCS can be broken and

there is why it produces the error."

 

Have they replied? If they will reply, you may ask them to see what

happened directly. The files are encrypted so I cannot check this myself.

Its really frustrating. I think that if we are

not going to solve that we will have two choices:

- loose a lot of hours finding the solution

- install it on linux"

 

I am not a tech, but wondering can we put WHMCS and database on 1 linux server, and keep use the winserver to dole out our web sites and email exchange.

 

I have submitted a ticket to WHMCS but am hoping someone else may have some input as far as a solution. Thnks much!

The error you've provided indicates that you've reached the PHP memory_limit restriction. You will need to have your Hosting Provider increase this limitation. From 256M to 512M

Will also say if you read the original post other configurations work, but not with what we are attempting here.

 

I have also posted a ticket for paid support to get this resolved thanks again chris
