sounds Posted December 6, 2012 Share Posted December 6, 2012 Hi, Having some confusing with the emails in whmcs, i'm seeing the sent tickets in whmcs admin panel, But none of them are being sent to the email i have set in whmcs Ok, so i have an email account created in the cpanel account for the domain name whmcs is hosted on. support@mydomain.com I set the same email for the presales email in whmcs and also the general settings email. I then set up a forwarder in that cpanel account for support@mysite.com I tried forwarding it to my hotmail first, that didn't work, then i read somewhere you had to allow senders and set some filters in hotmail which i tried also, in the end i gave up and tried the same with my gmaile account, I set my support email as default email in gmail by following some steps. I was testing the presales form so i sent an email using a fake email as the sender first, that bounced i think. Basically i can see the tiskets in whmcs admin but they're not arriving at the cpanel email most times. And they're not being forwarded to either gmail or hotmail addresses. any suggestions?
