ajithadodis
We have registered about 5000 domains with registrar A and we would like to move all the domains to new registrar B. So, whenever anyone renew the already registered domain we would like to move it to registrar B, Please let us know how this can be done using WHMCS. If it needs extra plugin, we will buy it. Or send us the document or link, which explain about this. Example: Domain D is registered with registrar A and it is about expire, so our client wants to renew it now. When client renew this domain, we want to move it to Registrar B Looking forward for your response
LaceHost-Ishan
You will need to Add a hook on Renewal to get EPP code, then start transfer via API and send an email to client with details of why this happened and how to proceed with Transfer Approval. Also, you will need to put a condition that if renewal payment is made with less than 5 days before expiry, then renew the domain at registrar A. I dont think this is available as a plugin, you will need to get someone to custom code it for you. Ishan
wwwcad
Actually i can't find a renewal hook to execute this process. I was looking the documentation but it doesn't exist. It should be something like: PreDomainRenewal http://docs.whmcs.com/Hooks:Domains It will be very easy to add the hook to an open source version. Where can i request this hook to be added?
searley
What I have done us change the registrar to 'email' for the upcoming renewals.. When the customer renews I login and assign it to registrar 'b' click the transfer button, enter the epp code... Action the registry confirmation emails and within an hour it with the new registrar and I then renew for extra years if required Not automated but it works
