Upgrading a license in the future

Hi,

 

We are going to be starting a web hosting company in the near future and currently looking at getting the 'Monthly No Branding' license with looking at getting the 'One Time No Branding' license later on. When we get to purchasing the 'One Time' license is their a way to get the cost prorated for what we paid for the monthly or able to get a discount on the license since we are converting?
