rabie Posted August 13, 2007 Share Posted August 13, 2007 hello all i have a problem and i think it will be great if u can fix it i have the WHM and we have many ppl working in it but !!! lats just said that we give a staff a Sales Operator he can see all right ? thats great for now my question is if we give a Support Operator he cant do any thing ? only tickets !!!! like i want him to see at lest the customer technical info !!! like server ip number or what hosting or what service he have !!!! something like that will i did not find any thing to help me with this any help here ?? can you add it in WHMCS Thanks in advance. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
