artizhay
Mine were like that as well. Were your clients created manually? I just moved most of our clients out of our old billing software into WHMCS manually, and they all were listed as inactive, even if I added a recent invoice to their account, so I had to go through and activate them all.
123
No I didn't add them manually, I mean does it even make a difference if I just leave them as inactive even though there really active?
WHMCS Chris
Clients are inactive if they do not have an active service, or you've not setup your cron to run.
