Default Order Form Template show only "cart"

Hi all,

i'm newbie to WHMCS, after upgrade to the WHMCS 5.1.2 in the Default Order Form Template i've select "comparison", but Default Order Form Template show only "cart"...

 

If I change template setting in general(porta or default or classic), change option is seamless

 

What can I do to fix this? /http://www.levelzerohost.com/fatturazione/cart.php
