I have completed the following setting except usual settings, please let me know missed anything: Cron Job: "php -q /home/username/public_html/whmcs/pipe/pop.php" which run every 5 mins Output: No input file specified. I'm guessing you've changed the "username" to the username of the account your whmcs installation is on? From what I can see on your website this is the URL to your whmcs installation: http://www.unitechwebs.com/support/ so you need in your cron job "php -q /home/yourhostingaccountusername/public_html/support/pipe/pop.php" You also need to make sure you've entered correct login details in the support department settings in the WHMCS admin area.
