adeska
Hi, I have a big problem. My database backup isn`t working, because of the MySQL tblemails is about 118MB big. I don`t now why and I don`t find an entry, that is causing this problem. Does anybody know about this problem, or can give my some tipps? Is it possible to see the size of the single entries in tblemails? Regards Dirk
HostinPK
For such a big DB, you will have to take manuall DB backup as it will timeout. OK
adeska
Hi, I know, but the question is, why is the database so big? The last auto-backup the database is 10MB big, after the auto-backup isn`t working the database is 118MB big. How could this be? How can I check, where the 108MB are coming from?
GORF
... How could this be? How can I check, where the 108MB are coming from? You need to learn your way around the software! Go to Utilities -> Logs -> Email Message Log You will see like this "9383 Records Found, Page 1 of 47" Go to Utilities -> System -> Database Status You will see like "tblemails 9968 9053.59 Kb " Go to Utilities -> System -> System Cleanup Here you can remove old email log entries if you want
