I just looked over the final feature/change list for V2.5, and it looks absolutely great. As I've told Matt, I've used them all I believe (MB,AWBS,CE,WHAMP,WhoisCart) and this is a beautiful billing script. If you are searching for a billing/management script, make sure you give WHMCS a try, you will probably save youself some money and some time, and will definitely save yourself a ton of frustration.
