Bespoke and customisable email to client

Recommended Posts

Hi folks,

We're looking for a developer / ideas for this small addon / project.

We'd like the ability to create a large list of codes / coupons / vouchers (whatever the correct term is - it doesn't matter) which are automatically sent out to clients on purchase of items that we choose. We operate multiple membership based websites which require a login and password to access secure content. We'd like to "pre-load" the membership sites with logins and passwords which are active, and then send them to clients when they purchase relevant training courses from our booking hub (WHMCS.)

As an example. We create "coupons" that contain the following information:

Coupon 1) Login: 111111 Pass: 111111

Coupon 2) Login: 222222 Pass: 222222

Coupon 3) Login: 333333 Pass: 333333

When a client purchases a training course that is eligible to give out a coupon, after (or included with) their welcome email post purchase they receive their "coupon" details, which they can then enter into the relevant training site to get access to the secure content. Let's say a client makes a purchase and is issued coupon 1.

When the next client comes to make a purchase, coupon 1 is gone/used so the system sends out coupon 2.

When the next client comes to make a purchase coupon 2 is gone/used so the system sends out coupon 3.

You get the idea, a coupon can only be issued / used once.

The membership sites are mostly built using WP with a plugin called s2member. We've spent a good amount of time researching automated ways of giving access via IPs, multi-site networking etc. But we've decided that the way described above is probably the best route as its 99% automatic, works cross platform and is future proof.

I don't really know the procedure for finding help in this marketplace, do you guys just say "hi I can do it" and we work out a price?

Or does anyone just have suggestions?

Looking forward to hearing from you all.
