Billing options?

I work for a web hosting and design company that also provides dial up service and domain registration. Our older clientele prefers paper billing. I did not see a way to print out the invoices. Another option we have is to just e-mail the invoices to our clients but did not see away to do this. I would appreciate any help on these two subjects. I know of going into the accounts and manually sending the invoices but I would like to see if it would be possible to have them be sent automatically each month. Would there be a way to have all the invoices listed in one e-mail to the customer? We would still want the invoices to be separate in our system but not flood our clients mail boxes. I would also be up for any workarounds so that we could keep the paper billing. Thank you for you time.

Automatically generated invoices, for recurring services, are generated/e-mailed as per your settings in Setup -> Automation Settings -> Billing Settings.

For sending out paper billing there are no options to mass do this for all your clients this would be manually and individually done per client. Navigate to the invoice and click the view printable version, this will provide you with a printer friendly version which you can print off and send to your clients.

Thanks JS-James and Kim for the information. That is a shame about the paper billing aspect but I can see that paperless is the future of billing. Will have to look at my alternatives. Overall, excellent software!
