automatically create a simple text document... HOOK?

I have created a custom field (text box) for one of my products. (Example: Custom Text Box: SERIAL#)

When the user signs up and when payment is successful. I need WHMCS to automatically create a simple text document named whatever the user puts in the field. (Example: SERIAL#.txt).

 

This file will be saved in a folder located in my web hosting server (same server WHMCS is on: /public_html/whmcs/serials).

 

Once the user’s subscription is over, the file will be automatically removed by WHMCS. This will deactivate the product from working via serial. Please let me know if anyone can help me. I will be willing to pay to get this small code working.
