Credit Card details can not see

Hello,

I have a problem with my WHMCS. Anyone who adds a credit card, I can not see the details of a credit card? What is the problem or it is not stored in my database.

I Use Encryption Hash but when I want to see the details of the credit card is displayed that "No existing card details on record."
