easyhosting
version 5.1.2 I have had client being suspended and some terminated for non payment and have found the reason is that clients are unaware of these invoices as WHMCS generated the invoices but does not send these to my clients. It looks like WHMCS is losing automated features.
easyhosting
why is it that WHMCS always try and blame the user when issues occur. There's no error occurring when the invoice is generated and the invoice notification emails can be sent manually, so there's no error with the template syntax or the email sending functionality. The only thing that could be causing this behaviour would be a customisation of some sort. So thing to try is temporarily removing any customisations that may be interfering with the normal operation of WHMCS such as addons and action hooks. These are located in the /modules/addons and /includes/hooks directories. You may also have a /modules/admin directory if you've used earlier versions of WHMCS. When the problem stops you should contact the vendor of the offending addon for support regarding their code. If we can be of any more assistance, please don't hesitate to get back in contact. Regards, John Support Manager strange since invoices were being sent to clients upto and including Sept. and i have not changed anything or added any addons etc. manually sending these defeats the purpose of WHMCS.
