I'm, logged into the members area and I click order New Hosting.

So I get to the end and it gives me a checkbox to choose one of the following.

I am a new customer and would like to create an account

I am an existing customer and wish to add this order to my account

Customer is Already logged in. How do I make this redundant question go go away. Does the customer need to reinput this info every time.

Thanks in advance.

OK but in a position where thats NOT the case. The accounts are to be set up under the accounts they are logged in under..

WHMCS can not tell which position the client is in, hence the reason for asking to login again. Its a safety measure for WHMCS.

Agreed. It should ask an already logged-in customer if they want to set up a new account for the product instead. But the way it is, is also fine, as it provides 'password verification' to add the new product.

To minimize confusion, we changed the language to read "verify your password" and made the username a hidden field populated with the their username of course. It is shown as an input if the user is not logged in.
