wrender
Everyday recently I am getting spam accounts created in my WHMCS. They never order anything, but they just create an account in the system. So far I have just been deleting them everyday. Is there any way to have people have to be approved when they create a WHMCS account? For example, they can request to create and account and make an order, but they get zero access until it is approved by an administrator. I am just concerned that they may be infiltrating the WHMCS software and potentially compromising the security of my system.
easyhosting
make sure you have capcha enabled as this will stop spambots
ninak
Capcha do not discourage human spammers. There is a place in the administration panel settings to stop registration unless a purchase is made. (Setup/Other the fifth item down, make sure this is unchecked)
