Digvijay
Hi I am getting an unusual error on daily cron. Cron is not suspending services instead it is giving an error as : - Manual Suspend Required: joj ojo - 1 Month Subscription (Service ID: xxx - User ID: yyy - Error: Array) What am i missing. I have set auto suspension on in the automation settings. More Error showing Array so i can't debug it either. I have set Suspend Days to 1 day after payment due date. How can i debug it ? Please help me in this. I have already googled it but no luck either.
jclarke
Normally that indicates a problem with running the automated suspension on that service. Check and make sure you have the server setup correctly, also try pressing the suspend button on the service, it will most likely give you some type of error.
Digvijay
Hi Thanks jclasrk for your response. I have ran suspension using button and it runs fine. Even if i turn Auto termination it just works fine as well. What can i be missing on server setting ?
jclarke
Strange, the automatic suspend should work then if you are able to execute it manually. Normally when I see that error it is because the suspend can't be ran on that service for some reason such as the account doesn't exist, the server password is incorrect, etc.
Digvijay
So you mean to say it can be caused by the provisioning module. But i am able to run it fine manually. I am using freeradius provisioning module for that product.
Digvijay
My concern is the Array in the Error. Is there any way i can debug it ?
jclarke
Yes, it sounds like an issue with the provision module or your module setup. I would recommend opening a ticket with WHMCS so they can look into this for you.
Digvijay
Thanks for your suggestion. I also dont find any solution rather to raise a ticket. Many thanks for your replies though.
