Cantres60
Hi, i have a problem with Disk Space & Bandwidth Usage Summary. When i was using the old whmcs it was working good, but when i upgrade the whmcs then it was not working. Why? I need help.
Santo
I think the answer is that whmcs now supports only cpanel 11, not 10.. but i may be wrong. I am saying this because we still have some servers with cpanel 10 and none returns that info. Cheers,
PPH
If you are still using CP10 you can use the cpanel module from an earlier build

MACscr
If you are still using CP10 you can use the cpanel module from an earlier build has that been confirmed to work with no issues?

I am pleased as we are on CP11 but can see the problem here. Would it have been possible to use a cp10 and a cp11 module? For instance, could the old module be used as a 2nd module and maybe referenced differently for those that need it? _________________ best regards, George Back to top View user's profile Send private message Matt WHMCS Staff Joined: 21 Jul 2005 Posts: 3554 Location: UK PostPosted: Sun Jul 22, 2007 5:33 pm Post subject: Reply with quote Sure is - you can just take the module from V3.1.2. Any idea if we can just rename the modules folders as cpanel_10 and cpanel_11
PPH
I would think that would work, but really haven't tried it. Are you running both?

Santo
It works for creating accounts, but the disk summary is using some other file i think... Cheers,

Cheers, Right, i dont think matt consults the server modules for disk usage. Even though thats the way it should work.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 8, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 8, 2007 Right, i dont think matt consults the server modules for disk usage. Even though thats the way it should work. Not at all. You're very quick to criticise all the time, but often wrongly in my opinion. And no, renaming the folders won't work.
