Ajax Security Question Validate

Hello,

 

I am need to make a second layer of security when a client made change cPanel password (module) for example from ClientArea. That will make to must be put a correct answer of Security Question before display a password change form. and if answer is correct, the form will be display to client

 

If not correct answer. display a error message to client

 

So, can got help for do it? please PM for that
