Maxim M.
Do I charge VAT from non-EU customers if my company is a UK registered business and my servers are located in UK/NL? According to the following article, I need to figure out the place of supply: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/vat/managing/international/exports/services.htm Does anyone know how this thing works for hosting business? Thanks.

Thanks. have you read everything from that page you linked too, especially Find a list of EU VAT contacts in Notice 725 If the place of supply of your service is not in the EU, then your supply of services is outside the scope of VAT. You don't have to charge EU VAT or include the sale on your VAT Return. WHMCS has an offical addon for VAT that will add the countries you would charge VAT too automatically Edited September 19, 2012 by easyhosting
