Tech Entrance Posted August 5, 2007 Share Posted August 5, 2007 Hello, Problem 1 I've set all accounts to be created automatically after payment clients pay by paypal invoices method and after they pay the account isn't created (set as pending) I didn't choose to approve accounts manually PS: I've set IPN in paypal to "ON" and url empty (like i read in the manual) anything wrong on my end ? Problem 2 a client open a ticket and i reply the client gets notification of my reply then he replied to it through his e-mail and it opens a new ticket checking mail log, found my reply to him had the title "Support Ticket Response" if it had the ticket ID in subject then the reply would have gone to the same ticket instead of creating a new one isn't this the way it should be ? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
