Does Annual Income Report "amount out" include paypal refund fees?

In the report "Annual Income Report", does it include the fee from refunding payments in paypal?

Hi,

 

Yes it does. This is the total "amount" which is made up from both the "balance" that you would have received and the "fees" that would have been charged by PayPal.
