nabil Posted September 13, 2012 Share Posted September 13, 2012 Since the upgrade to 5.1.2 I have been having very serious email issues - they all seem to be related to the body of the email. 1. For a period of time we can't send emails, then it goes back to normal all by itself. Whether trying to send an email from a customer account or by opening a ticket, we can't send emails and we get this message: --------------- Validation Error You must enter a message to send --------------- There is a message in the body. ? 2. No message in the body to replies to us. Not all yet, but more and more each day, about 75% now, when customers reply to a templated system email there is no message in the body - complete blank. whmcs suggested removing the stripping out feature, now logo images show up, but still no body. ?? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
