infolink
I am looking to use WHMCS in a very simple way. Basically to track web hosting clients, the services they are using, what & when to bill and have the annual invoices automatically emailed to one person within our company. (Different dates depending on the client). I do not need to use WHMCS for any client-side payment collection at all. Or any payment collection for that matter. Is this possible?
Vox
Hi, I would say that you can if you want to - but the question is why?? Using WHMCS would seem to be like "using a sledgehammer to crack a nut". Wouldn't another CRM suite be more suited to this or do you need to auto provision web hosting rather than "track web hosting clients"?
infolink
I know it sounds incredibly stupid. My employer wants to use their current billing system that ties into the rest of the business, not just web related.
Vox
If the requirement really is as simple as you say then set your "person within the company" to be a billing contact for every account as per the docs: http://docs.whmcs.com/Client_Management
