Custom Fields In Client's Profile Now Empty

I just noticed today that my current customers no longer have values in the custom fields I have them fill out via checkout or afterwards in their client area.

 

It seems all of the values are still in the database but for some unknown reason it seems they are not populating to the clients profile any longer.

 

I am still researching what may have caused this (Have checked the forum) but it appears to be a bug at this point.

 

I am currently on version 5.1.2
