WHMCS to WSP integration

Hello all,

I am new to WHMCS and am trying to configure it to connect to my WebsitePanel without success!

When trying to create a package for a test client it shows the following error:

Module Command Error

Caught exception: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9001:/espackages.asmx?WSDL' : failed to load external entity "http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9001:/espackages.asmx?WSDL"

I can see that it's placing a colan (:) after the port number. I am guessing that is linked to the issue? Also, I have checked all of the connection infomation including hostname/IP address/port etc and all seem correct within the WHMCS control panel.

Any ideas?

Many thanks

This has been resolved. Issue was that I was pointing it to the portal...corrected firewall and WHMCS config for port 9002 and all works....my fault for skipping the guide!! Never again!!

I am having the same issue...Where exactly did you point it to. And did you change it in the Hosting product setup or where?

No worries....

Within WHMCS, go to a Product, click on Module Settings. Make sure that is all completed. Importantly make sure the Enterprise Server field states port 9002.

You will then need to make sure that if your WHMCS installation is on a different server that you open port 9002 on the firewall. Better still, depending on firewall bind the port to only the Enterprise Server....better security.

Remember you will also have to correctly link/create the server details in Settings>Product Services>Servers

Hope that helps.
