Recurring amount does not work

Hi,

 

WHMCS is using recurring amount field in only automated invoices. When an user attempts to renew their domain using domain renewals page, WHMCS uses regular pricing info.

 

We got some premium domain clients whose have 100x pricing than regular domains.

 

WHMCS calculated domain as a regular domain price, and client paid the invoice. So WHMCS automatically renewed domain. Now we have to pay 100x domain price for single domain to the registrar.

 

User can easily bypass recurring amount and this is not acceptable behavior.

Support suggests to close "Enable Renewal Orders" option in the General Settings, domains tab.

 

But this time users have to wait to automatic invoice creation. It's not make sense to us.

 

Currently we disabled renewal as offered and we coded our own domain renewal page which creates invoices as expected.
