Support ticket departments are out of aligment if more than four are created

We're combing through our systems before we launch for any errors and it appears we found something with the submitticket.php page. I've attached a screenshot of the area as well and even tested on the default theme with NO css modifications. The issue still occurs with the default template. I know it's a css issue and can fix it myself but want to know if this is a known issue since it's occurring on all browsers including safari, firefox, chrome etc... on the default template.

the issue is not the department titles its the sub text is too long so pushes the next dep title out of line
