Stop Clients Creating Duplcate Accounts

I am not sure if others have the same problem.

The client creates an account and orders a new domain.

1 week later creates another account and orders hostiing

 

Need to check email, name, lastname, domain exits and then go from there?

 

A lot of work to fix the problem.

Maybe it is just my clients.

the account email address needs to be unique on confirmed orders, so they cant create a 2nd account (if you're able to then perhaps a support ticket is in order)

 

for our clients who *want* to keep them separate for internal reasons they just use a unique email address for that domain.hosting account.

The last one used a different email.

I have only had about 5 but this is irritating
