The client creates an account and orders a new domain. 1 week later creates another account and orders hostiing Need to check email, name, lastname, domain exits and then go from there? othellotech Posted August 2, 2007 Share Posted August 2, 2007 the account email address needs to be unique on confirmed orders, so they cant create a 2nd account (if you're able to then perhaps a support ticket is in order) for our clients who *want* to keep them separate for internal reasons they just use a unique email address for that domain.hosting account. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
