Hello,

Can WHMCS be used as a complete website like AWBS?

Thanks!

Yes, there's no reason why not. It has all the options you would need and there are quite a few that do use it as their entire site.

Thanks for everyone's response.

How difficult is it to create additional pages? Are there instructions? I tried the admin demo but couldn't figure where to create new pages.

Can WHMCS be used to sell products just like an e-commerce shopping cart?

How many templates does WHMCS come with?

Where can I purchase professional custom templates?

Thanks everyone.

It's not difficult to create extra pages within WHMCS, however do note that you will need to use the SMARTY template system. WHMCS provides the code you need to do this in the KB here: http://support.whmcs.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&catid=7&id=26

You can use WHMCS to sell whatever you want, so long as you set up the products properly to reflect what you're trying to sell. There will obviously be some features that you will not utilize sine they directly relate to hosting. However, there are templates within the look of the site, as well as email templates, that you can edit to correlate to your website, and what you're selling.

WHMCS has two main templates (portal, default) and three different order form templates (single page order form, boxes, and one other I can't remember off hand.)

There are currently no active sites that have custom templates available though speaking personally, I'm working on some right now but they're not available. If this is something you need immediately, I'm sure that a few other members here could send you a PM in regards to doing some work for you =)

Hopefully that helped out some!
