Need add on dev for very simple php /mysql integration w/ whmcs

I have an existing php and mysql based application I need integrated as a whmcs add on / plug in. Simple database inclusion type stuff:

1. Access whmcs client login and pass so it can be used for the application also

2. Access IP allocations assigned to clients for use in the application

 

Also need some protection added to the app so it can be licensed to 3rd parties.

 

I have dev environment all setup and ready to go, please reply to arrange discussion of costs and time to deliver.
