General Query about syncing webhotell and domains... Support Unresponsive.

I've been waiting for a reply from support since 01/08... Perhaps someone here can assist/clarify...

1. Link domain invoice due date with webhotell due date.

2. Make this due date minus a few days to enable us to receive payment before domains expire.

3. Canel domains attached to hosting when the customer cancels his account.

 

Is this not pssible?

What do we need to do to achieve the above requirements as far as these crons + WHMCS setup? Disabling automatic domain renewals altogether as you suggest would defeat the purpose of using WHMCS to manage our hosting accounts if it is unable to handle this simple task."

You need to hire a developer to make a hook for you. You can't do that without a custom hook.
