Jared
I have a client using Kayako and I'm trying to convince him that WHMCS does tickets along with other things he needs. Does WHMCS have ticket support like Kayako, where a person can simply submit an email to say, support@theclientdomain.com and have it create a ticket. I've never attempted to set something like this up but maybe its possible? If so is there documentation?
