For example, when a customer orders our SEO service, I want a new support ticket created with the order details and assigned to our "setup" department. Is this possible? altomarketing Posted August 10, 2012 Share Posted August 10, 2012 You can develope an action hook , but we create with autorelease a simple ticket, and then with predefined replies start ticketing with thcustomer. For example, I ask the user for their web site, industry and a few other variables.
