CURL and SSL Support not working

I am trying WHMCS out, and am having trouble installing it because it says:

 

» CURL .......... You must have CURL installed with SSL Support for WHMCS to function correctly

 

however, I do have CURL installed and it appears enabled in phpinfo.php as: CURL support enabled, CURL Information libcurl/7.13.2, OpenSSL/0.9.7e zlib/1.2.2 libidn/0.5.13

 

I am running Debian (Sarge) with PHP Version 4.3.10-22

 

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Have you just tried recompiling Apache with cURL again to see if that'll clear up the problems?

Hy I want to install curl with SSL Support for WHMCS and when i want to install WHMCS it`s show me an error with this:

I see all the topics and post in the forum and nothing it is not work i have xampp 1.7.0 installed in my server NT.I search to google and all the tutorials and it is don`t working.Any ideas please?

Yes, get a newer OS than NT.

 

NT is now about 10 years old.
